Paul will address the new rules for the three major credit reporting agencies that was implemented on July 1, 2017. As part of this change, a majority of civil debts and tax liens will be excluded, which means some credit scores will edge higher. Who will be effected and how this will help certain borrowers and potentially hurt others? What you need to discuss with your borrowers during the application process. Paul will also discuss Fannie's recently changed guidelines for trade-lines that are marked "disputed by consumer" and civil judgments.
