The New York Association of Mortgage Brokers, (NYAMB), is a non profit trade association, established in 1987 by a group of mortgage professionals, and is recognized as the leader in the mortgage industry by providing education, representation and communication to mortgage professionals across the state. NYAMB is the state affiliate of the National Association of Mortgage Brokers who share together a common goal to improve the quality and professionalism of mortgage professional services for their members and to the public. NYAMB promotes ethical business practices in the spirit of cooperation and healthy competition.
We are comprised of hard working mortgage professionals who are committed to ensuring a strong mortgage industry. The real estate market may fluctuate, but one thing that remains the same is our position on mortgage industry ethics and standards. The New York Association of Mortgage Brokers lobbies on behalf of our members to attain legislation that is consistent with the evolving real estate and mortgage industries.
